What if the AI gets the item wrong?
You always review before listing. Edit the title, description, or category — and adjust the price — before tapping List. FlipPilot is your starting point, not your final answer.
Where do the prices actually come from?
eBay's own sold-listing data. We compute the median, 25th, and 75th percentile so you can see the realistic price range, not a single point estimate. The comps are visible on every item page.
Will using FlipPilot get my eBay account flagged?
No. We use eBay's official Sell API — the same API powering eBay's own seller tools. There's no scraping, no browser automation on eBay, nothing that violates their terms.
What about Mercari, Poshmark, Depop?
Those platforms don't offer public listing APIs (it's a known limitation across the industry — Vendoo and List Perfectly handle them the same way). Pro subscribers get our Chrome extension that drives your already-logged-in sessions on each platform to crosslist.
What categories does it work for?
Anything you'd sell on eBay — clothing, shoes, electronics, collectibles, home decor, jewelry, books, toys, sports equipment, vintage. The AI is general-purpose and will tell you "I'm not sure" rather than guess if it can't read the item confidently.
What if I want to try it before subscribing?
